General Secretariat
Functions

The functions of the General Secretariat, as set out in Article 26 of the Statutes, are to coordinate and collect and transfer necessary information between the Foundation Board of Trustees and Governing Board and the different collegiate or personal departments of different rank in the Foundation, also providing administrative assistance.

As a non-limiting example, the General Secretariat coordinates and provides administrative support to internal and external Scientific Committees, providing administrative support if necessary to the General, Scientific and Economic Directors.

The General Secretariat is also in charge of the entity’s legal area.

General Secretary INCLIVA Foundation. From May 2011 to present. Functions: responsible for the legal area and institutional relations of the entity.

Consultant IDEES Ideas Estratégicas y de Marketing SL. 2009 -2010. Functions: development and implementation of the Valencia City Observatory.

Account executive at Laterne Product Council SLU. 2006 – 2008. Functions: monitoring, coordination and control of advertising accounts. Project management. Event organisation.

Assistant to management. European Area Manager, DeMR european management SLU. 1996 – 2006. Functions: Design, coordination and management of publicly funded projects for companies, NGOs and public administrations. Legal advice, in particular in the European area, company law and administrative law. Administrative management of the company. Training courses.

Assistant to the secretary of the Junta Municipal de Abastos, Valencia City Council, 1995. Duties: optimisation of the Municipal Board’s resources. Follow-up and processing of administrative files of the Board.

AREX Agence Régionale d’Exportation de Picardie, Amiens, France, 1994. Consultant specialising in public and regional exports (similar to ICEX in Spain). Functions: legal advice on Spanish commercial law and on Spanish and European subsidies and European projects. COMETT scholarship.
