Communication Unit

The aim of INCLIVAS’s Communication Unit is to promote the work of this Biomedical Research Institute and to spread news related to clinical developments, research advances and other events.

The Communication Unit spreads press releases regarding INCLIVA’s activities through the media and the publication on its website; it deals with requests from journalists, arranging interviews and other requests, facilitating contact with the appropriate people; and it coordinates the production of audiovisual material necessary for external communication.

It is also responsible for the publication of news on the website and on social media and the sending of the newsletter, to which it is possible to subscribe via the website.

INCLIVA has a presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and YouTube)through which relevant news, events, calls and training courses are disseminated. If you wish to be tagged in publications that directly involves you, please provide your username to the Communication Unit.

The Communication Unit also provides support to INCLIVA researchers and staff –who are asked to initiate contact through the corporate email and telephone numbers indicated in this section- to provide the most appropriate channel for external dissemination of research and activities of interest and to coordinate the production of audiovisual content and streamline arrangements with the press.

Scientific Culture and Innovation Unit (UCC+I)

Since 2016, INCLIVA has been part of the Network of Scientific Culture and Innovation Units (UCC+I), accredited by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT).

The UCC+I units are among the main drivers in the dissemination and popularisation of science and innovation in Spain, and provide a key service for improving and enhancing citizens’ scientific training, culture and knowledge.
