This European Commission-led strategy aims to retain and increase research talent in Europe and promote research as a career, fomenting equal rights and obligations for researchers throughout the European Area.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4219 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.incliva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/hr-1-300x272.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"272\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.incliva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/hr-1-200x181.png 200w, https:\/\/www.incliva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/hr-1-300x272.png 300w, https:\/\/www.incliva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/hr-1.png 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In March 2018 INCLIVA signed the Charter &amp; Code <a href=\"https:\/\/www.incliva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/HRS4R-INCLIVA-Commitment-2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">endorsement letter<\/a>, committing to align its human resources policies and practices to the principles stated in the two documents.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout 2018, taking as a framework the <a href=\"https:\/\/euraxess.ec.europa.eu\/jobs\/hrs4r\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Human Resources Strategy in Research &#8211; HRS4R<\/a>, a process of analysis of the degree of compliance with each of the 40 principles set out by the C&amp;C as well as the OTM-R policy has been carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the Commission to detect those shortcomings and areas for improvement to be implemented in the coming years. These have been transferred to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.incliva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/GAP_Analysis.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GAP Analysis<\/a>, on the basis of which an INCLIVA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.incliva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/HRS4R_template_4_action_INCLIVA_ENGV2.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Action Plan<\/a> has been drawn up with the aim of increasing the attractiveness of the Institute for researchers, creating the most favourable conditions for the development of their research careers.<\/p>\n<p>INCLIVA&#8217;s commitment to the Human Resources in Research Strategy &#8211; HRS4R and its adherence to the Charter &amp; Code are endorsed by the organisation&#8217;s Governing Board. <a
